How long does it take to create a table plan?

We ideally like four weeks to ensure that we have time to incorporate all of your colour and theme requirements. We ask for your expected number of tables and also if you will be having table names, A-Z, floorplan, menu etc included.

We require your final details two weeks prior to the date required to allow us time to complete your plan.

Is it possible to get a table plan done quicker than the standard time?

We provide an express service where we can produce your table plan in seven working days. Some bespoke designs/frames may not be possible due to the short time. There is a supplementary charge for our express service.

Can I choose colours and themes?

Themes – please send us your theme idea and we will see if it is possible.

Colours – we will try to match any colour. If you send us a swatch or sample colour we will try to match it as closely as possible.

Will I be able to see a proofs before printing?

We will send you two proofs one showing the basic layout and one closer to the time with the names included. Once you have checked and signed off these we will proceed with your final paln.

Will the table plan be framed?

We offer table plans both with and without frames. Gleeson Designs sister company Gleeson Framers provide all of the frames for the plans. We have a selection of five frame style which we think go ideally with the plans however we have 100’s more options if you are looking for something specific. All frames are hand made for your table plan.

How will my table plan be delivered?

We use a next day delivery service. A signature will be required so please supply the date you wish the table plan to be delivered on and also an address where someone will be available to sign for it.
