Ordering information

How to order

1.Please send us an email to sales@gleesondesigns.co.uk or call us on 0208 542 5005 or 07838 211 464 letting us know the date of your event and approximate numbers and we will then send you our detailed order form.

2.Complete order form

3.We will contact you to reconfirm everything.  A 50% deposit will be required at this time to confirm your booking.

4.We will send you a basic proof of your plan.  We will also send you a template to complete for your seating plan.  Please check all spellings are correct as this is the information that we will use.

5.One month prior to the event we will remind you when we require the numbers (and names if being used) of the tables. 

6.Two weeks prior we will remind you that we need the final details of your seating plan. Please check all spellings are correct as this is the information that we will use.  We shall also require the remaining 50% balance of payment.  A PDF proof of the table plan will be emailed to you to check please check thoroughly and send us an email confirming that it is ok to go ahead. The remaining 50% payment is due at this time as full payment is required before we can send out the table plan.

7.We use a 24 hour delivery service.  The delivery will need to be signed for please consider this when providing the delivery address.

Ordering time

We can take orders as far in advance as required as we can start the initial planning and design and book you into our diary.  However we know that names and numbers of guests frequently change for weddings /events in the time running up to them and we know that you will probably not be able to confirm details until much nearer the time.

Therefore we ask you to let us know the approximate number (and names if being used) of the tables (including the top table) at the time of booking.  We then ask for the final details to be sent to us at least two weeks prior to the date required. 

If you require your table plan in less time than above you can always use our express 7 day service price on application.
