You simply provide us with your favourite images/photographs along with your guest list and we can do the rest.
The image/ photograph
Digital images can be e-mailed or posted on a CD to us. We can scan in original photographs which will be returned with your table plan.
Images can be lightened, faded or enhanced to ensure seating arrangements are clear and simple.
Seating arrangements
We will provide you with a template to put your seating arrangement on which we will transfer onto the table plan
Table plan
Your table plan can be printed on to a range of media including semi gloss photographic paper as well as canvas which all provide a stunning effect to best show off your special photographs & direct your guests to their seats.
Table plans can be printed to A3, A2 or A1 size and can be portrait or landscape we can make the plans to any size you wish. We recommend A3 for up to 6 tables, A2 for up to 10 tables and A1 for up to 16 tables.
There are a variety of options that you can choose from to make your plan unique, such as:
- Fonts
- Floor plan based on your function room
- A-Z listing of guests
- Menu
Please note that the amount of additional information displayed on a table plan may be restricted by the chosen size of plan and the number of tables
Canvas table plans
We can also print the table plan onto canvas which can be stretched onto stretcher bars and be ready to hang.
